An experienced consultant and coach, I have spent the last 20 years working in Tech, Digital Business, Consulting, Coaching, and Entrepreneurship, from serving Fortune 500 Companies – Nestlé, Ford, Expedia, BASF – to leading an 8-figure portfolio of enterprise consulting accounts for Accenture, to coaching Solopreneurs and building my own opportunities. The throughline being a combination of systems and strategic thinking, business acumen, creative problem solving, and the application of what I continuously learn.

My passion for coaching began over 15 years ago with my own evolution with the support of coaches, leading me to take ICF accredited coaching training in 2007, establish my coaching practice, and continuing learning and developing in the space. Among numerous programs, tools and coaching – to the tune of $250K over the years – I have recently completed the Optimize Mastery and Coach program (also an investor), which applies insights from ancient wisdom and modern science in support of leading a high performance and fulfilling life. I truly love coaching.

As a driven and ambitious person I had my near misses with burnout and have since invested heavily in a sustainable performance approach that rejects hustle culture and deferred living, embracing work-life integration for myself and in support of my clients. I practice what I preach as I lead an engaging entrepreneurial, family and individual life. Having a vision and being strategic is key, but it is the consistency in execution supported by systems that compounds to incredible outcomes over time.

On a more personal note, I am an avid reader and student of business, tech, personal finances, innovation, and cutting edge personal development. When I’m not working you can find me learning, having deep conversations, traveling, hiking, spending time in nature, and with my family, our dog, and friends. Originally from Brazil, and after 20 years in the US, I'm now based in Lisbon, Portugal.

There is no upfront commitment or packages. I meet my clients where they are. We invoice monthly and you can stop anytime. Most clients continue to experience great value and meet weekly after a year.
